I feel super whiney lately, and I don’t like it.
Can someone please explain to me why in the world my right hip has a twinge today? GAH! Let’s just hope it’s from yoga last night.

I’m running after work tonight. I had a speed work out scheduled, but I don’t think that’s the best idea.
